Return Policy

Space Case USA will only allow returns of all UNUSED and UNOPENED items as long as it falls within fifteen (15) days after the order has been received. Only qualified return orders will receive refunds and will have the amount of $5.99 deducted from the refunded amount. The deductions mentioned above are to be used to cover the original shipping costs.

How To Return Your Products

We require you to send an email to -insert support email address- so we may send you your Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the box upon returning your product in clear print. You must include a copy of your original Sales Receipt Record /Invoice or you may use a sheet of paper that has your Name, Address, Phone Number, RMA Number including the Reason for Returning the product that must be clearly typed out for our Returns Department to review.

About Missing or Broken Products

We require you to send an email to -insert support email address- within 72 hours of receiving your order. Our skilled support personnel will be there to assist you in a timely manner with your concerns as well as in helping you in requesting for a replacement should the product be deemed eligible for substitution (defective/replacement).

Note: ALL product parts including other components and accessories MUST be returned back to Space Case USA using the RMA sent to you. Incomplete returns or returned items that do not meet and pass the conditions stated herein will not be processed.
